We have been doing this long enough to know that a smooth prom starts well before the doors open. We work closely with teachers, event coordinators and student committees to plan the flow, confirm music guidelines, and lock down timing for entrances, dinner, speeches and the big dance segment. We arrive early, set up cleanly, and handle the technical side so staff can focus on supervising a safe, well run event.
